Andrew combines his experience as a lawyer at one of Canada’s most respected law firms with practical business experience gained as General Counsel and Vice-president of Intellectual Property for a TSX-listed company.

Andrew’s intellectual law practice includes the provision of due diligence advice on intellectual property assets, strategic advice on management of intellectual property assets, and opinions on infringement and validity. He also provides intellectual property licensing and other technology related-legal agreements and management of intellectual property litigation.

From 2000-2007, Andrew held an appointment as adjunct professor at the Faculty of Law at the University of Western Ontario, teaching the advanced patent law course.
